ROBERTS (née Hawkins) Jean Alma Formerly eldest of the 'Hawkins Girls' of War Time Asker Terrace, East Street, Bridport. Sole female employee in her early days at Bridport Railway Station. It is with much sadness Jean's family announce that she passed peacefully away on February 16th 2023 at the age of 93. She joins her late husband Rodney, both past members of Bridport Motorcycle Club. The dearest and most loving Mum to Simon and Sarah, David, Tony and 'Little Tony', mother-in-law of Joanne and Bruce, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Dearly loved sister of the late Cyril, Thelma, Phyllis, Norah and Ruby. Fondly loved Aunt and Great Aunt. A most caring soul with a big heart and a love of family who will love and miss her always. Funeral Service to take place on March 20th at 3pm. Canford Crematorium, BRISTOL BS9 3PQ.
