A legendary couple, truly. So many lives touched by their grace and humanity. Quietly purposeful, dedicated and caring. Your legacies are the children (family) and extended family of children you both nurtured during your extraordinary lives. Thank you, that I was one among them.

I used to serve Margaret and Rex breakfast and coffee every Sunday morning in The George. They were so very lovely and so very kind.
May they rest in peace together.
With love

So very sorry to hear of Margaret’s passing. My last memory of her is her gentle insistence at helping out at the Charter Fair, only a few days before her death – pretty much one of my last memories of dear Rex too, though in that case supporting the ZEST! Youth Music Project at the Arts Centre. Always thinking of others. Wonderful to have known you. I shall never forget you.

So sorry to hear of Margaret’s passing. I was her warden up until 2019 when taking early retirement, but I used to see her around and had a chat ,she was always very grateful and it was a joy to hear her many tales of her life.
Thinking of you at this sad time. I hope to meet you on 15th.
Sue.
