HIGGINS John Lionel Peacefully on 29th August 2021 at Blandford Grange, aged 80. Beloved husband of the late Rosamond, much loved father of Sophie, Dominic, Laurie and Daniel. A private ceremony to be held on Wednesday 22nd September.
