HOLMES Patrick Christopher "Pat" passed away peacefully after a short illness on 8th August 2020 ages 80 years. A beloved husband to the late Teresa, dad to Harold, Marie, Tim, Vicki, James and Lorraine and a much loved grandad and great-grandad.
