BOOKER David John (Badger) We said goodbye to Badger on 16 January 2020 aged 89. He passed peacefully in Dorchester County Hospital. Known by many for his colourful and eccentric cycling outfits. And for his work in the Bridport trades union movement. He will be missed around the highways and byways of our beautiful county. Rest in peace Badger. Julie, Jacqui and grandchildren. Funeral Service will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Friday 14 February. 11.30am. No flowers but donations to Dorset Wildlife Trust appreciated. https://www.dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk/donate

My condolences to Julie and family. Dave was a real character, especially when on his market stall. I was involved with the drop in centre with him ,to help people in need, Dave had such a big heart. We also started the Christmas Parties at the Youth Centre in Bridport. Many other stories about a great man who will be sadly missed.R.I.P. Badger.
