MITCHELL Jacqueline "Jaq" Passed away on 6th July 2019 aged 76 years. A beloved wife to Mike and mum to Alf and Tiny the cats. Jaq will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of Jaq's life will take place at Weymouth Crematorium on Tuesday 6th August at 1:45pm. Jaq loved colour; please wear something yellow or brightly coloured. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to either The British Heart Foundation or Cancer Research UK may be sent c/o AJ Wakely & Sons, 7a Silver Street, Lyme Regis, Dorset, DT7 3HR.
