ALAN TREVOR STEPHENS. On behalf of all the family, Jean would like to say a very big thank you to friends and neighbours for their beautiful cards and messages of sympathy and especially to all those who came to Trevor's Funeral. Our thanks to Dr. Neame and his team of dedicated nurses who cared for Trevor and also the Renal Unit in Dorchester Hospital. Our warmest thanks to Angel Carers for their support and sympathetic care at home during Trevor's last few weeks. To Mr Scrase for conducting the beautiful service of celebration of Trevor's life and to Simon Wakely for his professionalism throughout this very sad time.
