NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OFTHE LICENSING ACT 2003

Applicant: Waitrose Ltd. Premises: Waitrose, 42/44 West Street, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 3QP.

The application is to extend the permit­ted hours for the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 0700 each day. The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business
hours. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding this application
can be made to West Dorset District Council The Licensing Section, Stratton House, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, DT1 1UZ web­site: www.westdorset-dc.gov.uk.

 This must be received in writin gby 11 October 2012 clearly stating the grounds upon whichrepresen-tation is made relevant to the Licensing Act. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
