Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that Bridport Town Council has applied to West Dorset District Council for a Premises licence in respect of Bridport Town Hall East Street Bridport for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 8.00 to 24.00 Monday to Sunday.

 Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset. DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice.

 The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on www.dorsetforyou.com/licensing/west. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
