PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is given that The Beaminster Festival has applied to West Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the Square in Beaminster for live music and provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 1730 and 2300 on Saturday June 23rd. 2012

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to, The Licensing Section, West DorsetDistrictCouncil,58/60HighWestStreet,Dorchester, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licencing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on www.dorsetforyou.com/licensing/west. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
