LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION
Notice is given that we, Co-operative Group Food Ltd have applied to The Licensing Authority of West Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence Variation for the following Licensing Activity:
The Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises at Co-operative, 38 Broad Street, Lyme Regis, Dorset, DT7 3QF with proposed licence and opening hours of Monday-Sunday 6am-11pm.
Interested parties or responsible authorities can make written representations regarding this application and must give notice in writing to:- Liquor Licensing Department, West Dorset District Council, Stratton, House, 58-60 High West Street, Dorchester, DT1 1UZ, at any time up to the 10th April 2012.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
