Written comments should be sent to the Development Services Manager, quoting the relevant reference number, to arrive no later than 21 days from the date of this publication. However, comments after this date may still be considered providing a decision has not been made. Letters will be available for public inspection at the council’s offices and on its website. Please note that our offices will close for the Christmas period at 12 noon on Friday 23rd December 2011 and re-open at 8.30am on Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
