Proposed Development at Field adjacent to Tunnel Road, North of ‘Seamark’, Tunnel Road, Beaminster, Dorset. Mr A Raymond is applying for planning permission for Infill of hollow
within agricultural land using subsoil and topsoil. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with it at: Environment Directorate, Dorset

Temporary Closure of Chancery Lane Bridport
DORSET COUNTY COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All
vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Chancery Lane, from its junction with Folly Mill Lane northward for a distance of approximately 100 metres. The Notice has been issued and is
required by Dorset County Council, in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to Highway
Users. It will come into operation on Monday the 14 November for a period of 5 days between 09.00 hrs and 16.30 hrs each day and again on Monday the 21 November for 1 day between 09.00 hrs and
16.30 hrs.The road will be open over the weekend [19 & 20 November 2011]. But it will remain in force for 18 months and can be extended, with the approval of the Secretary of State for
Transport, if necessary.
This Order will enable Dorset County Council to carryout carriageway and footway resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE;
On this occasion there is no alternative route.
Access will be available by arrangement with the site supervisor.
