WEST DORSET DISTRICT COUNCIL

WEST DORSET DISTRICT COUNCIL gives NOTICE of its intention to make (under Section 123 (1) of the Local Government Act 1972) disposals of the pieces of land described below (which include areas of open space land) to Bridport Town Council for the continuing provision thereon of open space land.

Approximately 5,400 square metres of land at South Mill Lane Bridport Approximately 1,650 square metres of land at Park Road Bridport A strip of land along the River Brit adjoining the Football Club grounds and car park at Skilling Hill Road Bridport

The piece of land known as Fishermans Green at West Bay Bridport A plan of each piece of land may be viewed between 9:00am and 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays (inclusive) at the District Council’s offices at Stratton House, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ. Anyone wishing to object to the proposals should submit their objection in writing to the Legal & Democratic Manager at West Dorset District Council, marked with the reference VJ/10/0061. Any objections to be received no later than 9th November 2011.
