NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010
Notice Under Article 13
Proposed Development at Bridport Household Recycling Centre, South Street, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 3PL.
Dorset Waste Partnership is applying for planning permission for Section 73 application for a variation of condition 7 (weekend hours of operation) and condition 9 (Limitation to depositing green waste only on Saturdays) to allow the site to be open and accept general household waste on the following dates: Saturday 31 December 2011; Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 January 2012 and Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 January 2013.
