Notice is hereby given pursuant to s. 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Stafford Paul Hockley of 3 Windy Ridge, Beaminster, Dorset DT8 3SP who died on 3rd January 2015 and who's will appointed Michael Hayden and Jacqueline Hayden Executors thereof are required to send particulars in writing of their claims or interest to the above c/o 3 Windy Ridge, Beaminster, Dorset DT8 3SP by 10th September 2015 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
