Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at: Land to the north of Sidmouth Road Lyme Regis, Dorset DT7 3EU Take notice that application is being made by: Hallam Land Management Limited
For planning permission to develop:
Up to 120 residential dwellings (Class C3), or up to 100 residential dwellings (Class C3) plus land for care home/extra care housing (0.5ha); Retained and improved 'Park & Ride' facility; New access from the A3502 Sidmouth Road, together with associated highway infrastructure and utilities (including gas, electricity, water, sewerage and telecommunications);
Green infrastructure (Gl) framework to include: retained
vegetation; habitat creation including new woodland,
hedgerow and tree planting, meadow, grassland and
landscaping, open space and play areas; sustainable
drainage systems and associated engineering works
including ground modelling for drainage features; and
new walking/cycling/recreational routes.
