LICENSING ACT 2003
Olive Tree (Bridport) LTD. has applied to West Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 34 (varying a premises licence) of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at
Olive Tree Restaurant 59 East Street Bridport, Dorset, DT6-3LB and propose to carry on the following activities:
-Sale of Alcohol,
- Playing of recorded music
Monday to Sunday between 9am and 11pm.
Applications are available for public inspection at West Dorset District Council or on http://www.dorsetforyou.com
Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between [insert dates- starting the day after the application is given to the Licensing Authority for 28 continuous days].
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
