LYME REGIS TOWN COUNCIL NOTICE OF TENDER ICE CREAM CONCESSION
Tenders are invited to sell ice-cream, minerals, packed sweets and hot drinks from an ice-cream
kiosk on the Cart Road, Lyme Regis, with an outdoor seating area. Other merchandise may be considered as part of a structured business plan.
The concession is to operate for 4 years from 1 March 2015 to 28 February 2019
Tender forms and conditions of operation can be obtained from the council offices and must be returned by 12 noon on Friday 7 November 2014 in a sealed envelope marked ICE-CREAM con­cession. Business plans should be included with tender applications.
The council reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may wish to interview applicants.
