NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION and NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 6 OF APPLICATION FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT
Proposed development at 51 East Street, Bridport, Dorset DT6 6JX
The Bridport Area Development Trust is applying to West Dorset District Council for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for:
Repair, alteration and extension of Bridport Literary and Scientific Institute building to form a cafe with ancillary kitchen facilities, workspace/hub, training facilities and business space, and meeting areas for community use.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Wast Dorset District Council. South Walks House.
21 days of the date of service of this notice
(15 May 2014). * "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold the unexpired term of which is not less than
7 years, or, in the case of a development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an Interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part
of which is comprised in the land.
