THE BEAMINSTER FESTIVAL
Has applied to WEST DORSET DISTRICT COUNCIL for a Premises Licence under Section 17* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at
THE SQUARE BEAMINSTER and propose to carry on the following activities:-
Sale of Alcohol, and performance of live music and providing entertainment facilities to allow people to take part in dancing (or entertainment of a similar description);
On the evening of Saturday June 28th 1730 - 2300 Applications are available for public inspection at West Dorset District Council, Stratton House, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester DT1 1UZ or on www.do rsetforyou.com.
Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between April 24th and May 22nd 2014.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
