Notice is given that Paul Robert Hindes has applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of Cafe Bar No. 10 at 10 East Street, Bridport, Dorset DT6 3LF for regulated entertainment, the provision of alcohol, the provision of late night refreshment, the playing of indoor sporting events, the performance of live music, recorded music, plays, films, dance and events of a similar nature to the afore mentioned, generally between the hours of 8.00 A.M. and 2.00 A.M. on all days of the week and on Bank Holidays, Saints Days, Carnival Days and New Years Eve between the hours of 8.00 A.M. and 4.00 A.M.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing .to The Licensing Section West Dorset District Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (E5000)
