Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is given that the Electric Palace has applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of the Electric Palace cafe/foyer, 35 South Street, Bridport for regulated entertainment and the provision of Advert Tc alcohol generally between the hours of 9am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on www.dorsetforyou.com/licensing/west.

 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which apersonisliableon summary conviction fo rthe offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000). 30 January 2014
