PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT2003

 Notice is herebygiven that an application was made to West Dorset District Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 20th December 2013. Applicant: WS Retail Limited. Address of premises: Central Stores, 57 East Street, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 3JX. Proposed variations to the licensable activities:

Vary the hours for the Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every Da yAlcohol Sales 05.30 to 23.00.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address within 28 days of the date of this notice by the 17th January 2014.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
