LICENSING ACT 2003

Stephen Blakesley has applied for a Premises Licence to be granted for 'East Thirty 1 Bar & Gourmet Grill', 31 East Street, Bridport, Dorset DT6 3JX for the sale of alcohol and the provision of late night refreshment between 09:00 hrs and 24:00 hrs (and such other hours as stated in the application) Monday to Sunday inclusive. The application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, Stratton House, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester DT1 1UZ or on www.dorsetforyou.com.

Any person wishing to submit represen­tations in relation to this application must give notice in writing to West Dorset District Council, at the address above by 30th October 2013.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under The Licensing Act 2003. The maximum fine is £5,000 on summary conviction.
