Notice is hereby given that John Barry Rutherford has applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of The Village Hall, Toller Porcorum, Dorchester, DT2 0DT, for the provision of alcohol generally each day between the hours of 1200 to 2300. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice.  It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
