Notice is given that Marie and Shane Childs has applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of The Fox Inn, Corscombe, DT2 0NS for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 12pm and 23.59pm Monday - Thursday and Sunday and 12pm - 02.00am Friday and Saturday.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, Southwalks House, Southwalks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on www.dorsetforyou.com/licensing/west.

 It is an offence under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summery conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
