APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that The Beaminster Festival has applied to the West Dorset District Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of The Beaminster Town Square and The School Playing Fields for regulated entertainment and the provision of alcohol between the hours of 1100 and 1600 on Sunday July 7th 2013. This will be Beaminster's Big Day which will start in the Square at 11.30 and form a procession up Fleet Street to the School where the entertainment will take place.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to, West Dorset District Council, 58/60 High Street, Dorchester, DT1 1UZ within 28 days of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal working hours at the above address or on www.dorsetforyou.com/licensing/west
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
