Firefighters were called to Granby Industrial Estate
A suspected chemical leak at an industrial estate sparked an emergency response.
Firefighters from Bridport were called to the Ultra site at Granby Industrial Estate, Weymouth, at 10am today to assist crews from Dorchester and Portland.
Bridport’s water carrier was mobilised along with appliances from Portland and Dorchester fire stations.
On scene, crews found a leak coming from a large storage cylinder.
Engineers from the company were contacted and requested to attend.
