Admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Dealt with for original offences of attending an address which she was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order, and did an act, namely telephoned and text someone which she was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £50 and to pay costs of £40.
ANTHONY MARK BUCKLEY, aged 32, of Allington Mead, Bridport. Admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay costs of £85.
